Clare specialises in the resolution of commercial and construction disputes on major projects. She is the Office Managing Partner for Brisbane.

Clare has over 20 years’ experience advising principal, financier, contractor, and government clients across the energy, infrastructure, transportation (road and rail) and mining industries. Clare has conducted litigation in the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and has significant experience with all forms of alternative dispute resolution, security of payment legislation and making and defending demands on performance security. Clare is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of England & Wales as well as in the Australian Courts.
