Dakota is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team with a focus on insurance matters.
Dakota has been involved in a range of insurance coverage issues and has experience in relation to a number of insurance coverage disputes and large-scale and complex insurance matters.
Dakota also has in-house experience, on the insurer side, which includes exposure to regulatory issues and strategy, including those relating to financial crime and sanctions and also underwriting/claims related legal problems.
