Damian specialises in commercial disputes and complex litigation matters.

Damian has particular experience with arbitration-related litigation, assisting with both setting aside as well as enforcement proceedings. While his practice focuses on general corporate and commercial disputes, he is also involved in pro bono work and has assisted with capital punishment cases relating to drug trafficking offences.

Damian has an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Involved in enforcement proceedings of an arbitral award amounting to over USD 150 million against a foreign oil and gas company.
Involved in appeal proceedings before the Appellate Division of the High Court in relation to novel issues of joinder and limitation.
Successfully assisted in the first known Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) judgment granting a post-award anti-suit injunction.
Assisted with proceedings to set aside an additional arbitral award amounting to USD 3.5 million against a multinational confectionery company.
