Dan is a corporate lawyer specialising in the energy and resources sector, having assisted a variety of leading domestic and international clients navigating the Australian market.

With a broad range of experience advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, regulatory issues, project developments and commercial contracts, Dan is both adept and capable in assisting to achieve clients desired commercial outcomes with practical legal advice.

Background

Dan holds a Bachelor of Law and Society from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame.  Dan is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria (having previously been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia) and the High Court of Australia.
