Dany is an associate in the real estate practice in the Madrid office.
He advises national and international clients on a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisition and development of real estate assets, lease, surface rights and property management agreements, due diligence processes and urban planning. He has comprehensive skills in commercial lease agreements, energy leases and real estate related aspects for energy projects.
Background
He has a dual degree in Law and Business administration, and a master's degree for Admission to the Bar by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), as well as a master's degree in Real estate law by Esneca Business School (Spain). He speaks Spanish and English. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm as a junior associate, he completed a twelve-month full-time internship as a trainee lawyer in the Madrid office of another international law firm, as well as a twelve-month internship in another firm specialized in banking and consumer law.

- P3 Logistics Parks on the acquisition, from KKR and Pulsar, of a logistic portfolio of more than 100,000 sqm distributed in five logistic warehouses located in Guadalajara, Toledo and Barcelona (Spain) for an amount exceeding €108 million
