David Dunn is a Senior Manager in our Pricing team, responsible for leading the commercial offering for the firm's disputes practice group and is the firm's Litigation Funding Specialist based in our London office.
With over 15 years' experience in the legal industry and a decade dedicated to pricing and commercial roles. David's expertise spans the full range of legal service delivery, from upfront Pricing through to Legal Project Management, working closely with Partners to provide innovative commercial solutions for clients, that includes exploring alternative funding options utilising our deep relationships with the litigation funding and legal expense insurance markets.
David's commitment to innovation and client service has been recognised with several prestigious awards. He was a member of the core team that won the Best Data-Enhanced Knowledge award at the FT Innovative Lawyer Awards 2024. He was also part of the team who won Legal Operations Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards in 2021, Strategic Legal Operations Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards by Legal Week 2021, and Innovation in Disputes Resolution at the Financial Times Awards 2021. In 2020, David's team was "Highly Commended" at The Lawyer Awards for Best Client Service Innovation.
