Diana has worked on a number of projects specialising in large-scale dispute resolution and remediation, involving document review exercises for the purpose of disclosure and large-scale document management. 

• Large-scale case review and assessments involving detailed analysis of the merits of a claim 
• Disclosure exercise involving review of large volumes of documents 
• Management of large volume of documents which involves managing large databases for claims across multiple jurisdictions, claims tracking and providing weekly reports on costs and figures of the proceedings. 

Background

Diana qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Diana worked at a national firm dealing with various personal injury claims and has also previously dealt with large-scale continuing healthcare claims on behalf of claimants.
