Dimitrie Vlaiduc is an associate in the corporate practice of Herbert Smith Freehills, focusing on energy and infrastructure. He is based in the Milan office.
His experience includes advising a range of clients, including utilities and infrastructure funds, on both national and international M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements, project development and general corporate matters across the energy transition, conventional energy and infrastructure.
Dimitrie has advised on a diverse range of projects and transactions and his experience includes assistance on project contracts and real estate agreements.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Dimitrie Vlaiduc studied at University of Bologna (L.M.) and King's College London (LL.M.).
