Dylan offers particular expertise in complex patent litigation, where he has experience representing clients from across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, technology, and consumer goods.

Background

Dylan is a qualified lawyer admitted to the bar in Ontario, Canada. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Dylan was a member of the intellectual property litigation team of a large Canadian law firm. Dylan obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Toronto.
