Dylan is an associate in our dispute resolution practice.

Dylan focuses his practice on complex commercial, mass tort, and product liability matters. He advises domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including consumer products, tobacco, energy and mining, and financial services. 

Dylan has handled a variety of high-stakes disputes in U.S. state and federal courts, including wrongful death, breach of contract, catastrophic personal injury, and major property loss. He also litigates matters involving products ranging from industrial equipment to consumer goods and represents a broad base of product manufacturers, product distributors, and other companies in business litigation and contractual disputes.

Background

Dylan received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Delaware. Dylan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, U.S.M.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.A.D. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Dylan was an associate at a large regional law firm.
