Dinesh is a partner in our capital markets team advising on equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, secondary and follow-on equity offerings, and Rule 144A debt and asset-backed securities offerings, as well as tender offers for M&A transactions and liability management transactions.
Dinesh also regularly provides US regulatory advice to corporates, investment funds and asset-backed issuers on the cross-border impact of the US Securities Act, the US Investment Company Act, the US Investment Advisers Act and the Dodd-Frank Act (including the US Covered Fund and Risk Retentions rules).
