Ebony is an experienced property law solicitor specialising leasing.
Ebony has over 10 years’ experience working on high volume landlord retail leasing transactions (including urban regeneration sites and redevelopments), commercial leasing transactions, national tenant retail leasing as well as licencing for electronic vehicle fast charging networks.
Ebony prides herself on being an attentive lawyer with a practical and commercial approach to transactions and has also undertaken a secondment with a national landlord, assisting with COVID rent relief agreements and documentation.
Her recent experience includes acting for Dexus in drafting, advising and negotiating lease documentation for a 10 year tenure over premium office space in Sydney.
