Eimear is a Senior Analyst in our Legal Operations Advisory team, based in our London office.
Eimear works with in-house legal functions to guide them through transformation projects, including technology-enabled legal process design, team strategy building and legal operations capability development. She is passionate about providing teams with innovative solutions that align with the strategic priorities of the organisations in which they operate.
With an education background in International Business and experience in both law and accounting firms, Eimear understands the needs of our clients' businesses in today's economic climate. She applies her experience in business to the legal industry to provide unique solutions and is focussed on driving efficiency and operational effectiveness through all stages of a project.

- a global telecoms and broadcasting company to support the Group Head of Legal Operations to refresh the team’s purpose and define and prioritise their work mix to help inform their team’s mandate and approach to delivering the legal function’s transformation roadmap
- a large financial institution to support the legal function’s focus on capability development and change management, including through the delivery of an interactive workshop to assess the strategic priorities of the team while leveraging design thinking methodologies to encourage ideation of potential solutions to current issues
