Elena is a junior associate in the real estate practice in the Madrid office.
She advises leading Spanish and international clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisition and development of real estate assets, real estate finance, lease, surface rights, property management agreements and due diligence processes. She has comprehensive skills in drafting and in the negotiation of leasing, asset management, operation, and construction agreements, and in analysing real estate contingencies in the development of renewable energy projects.
Background
She has a degree in Law by IE University, a master's degree for admission to the bar by Universidad de La Rioja (UNIR), and an LLM (Master of Law) by the Pritzker School of Law in Northwestern University (Chicago, USA). She speaks Spanish an English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association)
Prior to joining the firm as a junior associate, she completed a legal internship in the corporate department of a leading Spanish law firm.
