Elizabeth is an experienced competition and consumer lawyer, advising clients on merger clearances, competition and consumer law investigations and third-party access disputes. 

Elizabeth has local and international private practice specialist competition law experience, having worked at top tier firms in both Sydney and London. She has also worked as in-house competition and consumer law counsel at two of Australia’s largest FMCG companies, providing her with an understanding of the commercial and organisational considerations that go hand in hand with a client’s legal considerations. 

Elizabeth has advised across a range of industries including FMCG (groceries, liquor, and consumer electronics), infrastructure, energy, insurance and financial institutions.

Background

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide. 

She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008.
