Eloise is a Senior Associate in our Brisbane Corporate team, focussing on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
Eloise’s experience includes acting for both public and private clients on a range of matters in relation to corporations and securities laws, including capital raisings (from early-stage and venture capital funding to initial public offerings and secondary raisings), private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and general corporate advisory work.
Doyle’s Guide listed Eloise as a Corporate and Commercial ‘Rising Star’ in 2022 and 2023.
Background
Eloise holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and is admitted to practise in Queensland and in the High Court of Australia.
