Emily is a senior associate in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team.

Emily specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracting.

Background

Prior to joining HSF, Emily worked at two major New Zealand law firms. Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Canterbury.
