Emily advises clients on all aspects of employment law, both in an advisory and litigious context.

Emily defends clients in labor and employment-related litigation in a broad array of matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment and hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of employment agreements, restrictive covenant issues, disputes concerning non-compete agreements, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes. Emily also provides counsel to clients on many employment law issues, including hiring, training, employment policies, accommodation and leave requests, employee relations, investigations, reductions in force, performance management, and retaining diverse talent.

Background

Emily received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School.
