Frédéric is an IP litigator with particular experience in the Life sciences and TMT fields.
Frédéric is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property practice in Paris specialising in cross-border litigation, including the related regulatory aspects in the pharmaceutical field. He has developed particularly strong expertise in the life sciences and TMT fields, being involved in a number of major and high value patent cases for leading innovator pharmaceutical companies and leading TMT actors.
Frédéric’s practice notably focuses on representing pharmaceutical innovators and high-tech companies in cross-border patent litigation involving numerous jurisdictions. He also has extensive experience in both advising and acting in Intellectual Property disputes in France, including for trademark and copyright related advice and disputes.
