Gregor is a senior associate in our corporate practice in London.
Gregor has a range of private equity experience advising sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a number of domestic and international matters. Gregor has experience working on leveraged buyouts, co-investments, consortium deals, early-stage funding and management incentives.
Gregor works with private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and management teams in a range of sectors including financial services, technology and energy/industrial.
Background
Gregor holds an honours degree in Scots Law from the University of Dundee, and completed his diploma in professional legal practice at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
