Hannah is an associate in our London Employment team.

Hannah provides guidance to a range of clients on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law across a variety sectors.

Hannah has a particular focus on ESG and has advised a global diversified natural resources company in relation to ESG-compliance, particularly relating to the ‘S’ aspects of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards.

Hannah's non- contentious practice includes providing advice in relation to TUPE, insolvency, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance matters and executive terminations as well as the drafting of service and settlement agreements and staff policies. Hannah manages international employment law matters, with experience in co-ordinating projects involving over 30 jurisdictions. She provides employment due diligence and corporate support in respect of a range of corporate mergers, acquisitions and listings.

Hannah has contentious experience advising on a variety of employment tribunal litigation, including claims for discrimination, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and whistleblowing detriment as well as equal pay class actions.

Hannah enjoys taking an active role in HSF's pro-bono and charitable initiatives.
