Harley Gardiner
Harley is a solicitor specialising in general employment law, industrial relations, and safety.
Harley’s experience includes advising on workplace related disputes, including in the Fair Work Commission and Australian state and federal courts, advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, advising on award, statutory, contractual and pay roll compliance, assisting in workplace investigations, advising on industrial relations issues, and preparing various workplace documents, such as enterprise agreements, contracts, and policies. Harley also has experience in workplace safety prosecutions.
Harley works across both transactional matters and contentious disputes for clients in a range of industries including airports, construction, local government, utilities, and not-for-profits, with a particular specialisation in the mining and resources sector.

Harley was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal and High Courts of Australia in 2023.
Harley graduated from Curtin University in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations (with Distinction). During university, Harley was named as a finalist at the Lawyers Weekly, Australian Law Awards in the ‘Law Student of the Year’ category.
