Henry is an associate in our London Dispute Resolution practice.
Henry advises clients on commercial disputes, with particular experience in matters which involve complex financial products, regulatory considerations and/or allegations of fraud.
Henry has spent time on secondment to our Tokyo office where he focused on internal investigations, and to insurer broker Marsh, defending the brokerage against allegations of professional negligence. Henry also has a varied pro bono practice through a number of Herbert Smith Freehills initiatives, including acting as a volunteer advocate in the Asylum Support Tribunal.
Background
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bristol, graduating with the highest mark in the year. Henry trained with Herbert Smith Freehills in London was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2024.
