Irene is a junior associate in the litigation and arbitration practice in the Madrid office.
She advises Spanish and international companies on the resolution of national and international disputes across various sectors. She has experience in pre-contentious and contentious issues related to civil, commercial and public law matters. Her experience also includes recovery actions and the development and implementation of innovation projects in the Insurtech field. She has also been involved in M&A operations of insurance and financial regulated entities and in non-opposition filings before the Spanish supervisors.
Background
She has a dual degree in Law and Business Administration by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), a master's degree for admission to the bar by Universidad de Navarra (UNAV) and a master's degree in Business Law by Universidad de Navarra (UNAV). She speaks Spanish, English and French. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association). Prior to joining the firm, she completed internships in another leading law firms in Spain.
