Iva Lo

Iva has experience in criminal litigation and government investigations in Hong Kong.  Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Iva worked as a public prosecutor at the Hong Kong Department of Justice, where she had advised legal enforcement agencies on the investigation and prosecution of white collar and regulatory offences, prosecuted cases in the District Court and in Magistracies, and appeared as counsel in appeals before the High Court.  

Background

Iva is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and currently awaits admission to the New York bar.  She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
