Jane O'Hara
Jane has experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and M&A transactions, across a variety of sectors, including in the financial sector.
She has experience working alongside in-house legal and business teams, undertaking the review and negotiation of bespoke commercial contracts, and providing legal guidance on ad hoc technical and general commercial queries.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Jane spent several years working in house in Canada, gaining invaluable experience in the drafting of commercial contracts and working with both external and internal parties on an array of commercial matters.
Background
Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws from University College Dublin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2017.
