Jason is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai.

Jason specialises in dispute resolution. He helps clients resolve cross-border disputes and advises on contentious issues arising out of energy, infrastructure and construction projects across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. 

Jason has acted on international arbitrations conducted under the LCIA, DIAC, ACICA and ICDR-AAA rules. He has also advised on matters before the High Court of England & Wales, DIFC Courts, Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW, and all levels of courts in the State of Victoria.  

Background

Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
