Jeet H Shroff
Jeet is a Senior Associate specialising in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
Jeet has experience advising on a broad range of high-value, complex international disputes. He has significant experience advising clients in the private equity, energy and infrastructure sectors and of acting in post-M&A disputes. He has represented clients in arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules, and under many different governing laws.
Jeet has also appeared before courts in India and has experience of other forms of alternative dispute resolution including expert determinations, mediations and conciliations.
Background
Jeet is dual qualified, admitted as an attorney in New York and as an advocate in India. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Laws from Harvard.
