Jemima Roe
Jemima is a disputes lawyer specialising in international arbitration and ESG.
Jemima has expertise in complex cross-border contractual disputes across a variety of sectors, including aviation, defence, telecommunications, ecommerce, post-M&A, construction and pharmaceuticals. She also advises a range of clients on ESG matters, both contentious and advisory, particularly in the areas of corporate sustainability, climate litigation and business and human rights.
Jemima is dual qualified in Australia (Victoria) and England and Wales, and has previously been based in London, Paris and Singapore. She appears as an advocate in arbitration proceedings and sits as an arbitrator and tribunal secretary.
Jemima is a member of the Australian delegation to the ICC Commission on International Arbitration and ADR and is currently studying an MBA.
