Jennifer Teo
Jennifer advises lenders and corporate borrowers on complex local and cross-border financing transactions.
Jennifer works closely with financial institutions and corporate borrowers in various industries on a wide range of debt financing transactions. She has experience in real estate financing transactions, acquisition financings, data centre financings and green and sustainability-linked financings.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis, Jennifer was part of a Band 1 ranked banking and finance practice in one of Singapore's largest law firms. Jennifer's experience includes secondment to a local bank in Singapore, as legal counsel to their institutional banking business.
