Jenny is a senior associate in our Real Estate group, based in Perth.
During the 20 years that Jenny has been with Herbert Smith Freehills, she has worked with many property developers and real estate funds on various major projects in Western Australia.
Jenny has assisted clients with sales and acquisitions, complex leasing, property development and major land subdivisions and has worked on many strata title developments in Western Australia. Clients value her knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate law.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, Western Australia.

- acting for BGC in relation to the portfolio sale of approximately 40 industrial, office and residential properties
- acting on the sale of the Northgate Shopping Centre in Geraldton, Western Australia
- acting for Mirvac in relation to The Peninsula at Burswood, the largest master-planned community in Western Australia, including seven residential towers and over 1,200 living units. Jenny assisted with titling and subdivision advice and documentation for the off the plan sales of apartments. Jenny has also worked on Mirvac’s strata titled apartment developments at Claremont and Leighton Beach in Western Australia
- acting for Frasers Property Group on the Queens Riverside Project, a mixed-use development in East Perth, comprising approximately 350 residential apartments and townhouses, commercial space, retail outlets, serviced apartments and a Fraser Suites apartment hotel to be constructed over four stages.
