Jia De has broad experience acting across a wide range of corporate matters, including venture capital investments, private equity transactions, domestic and international M&As, and equity capital markets work. Jia De's clients span across industries and regularly include multi-national conglomerates, financial institutions and sovereign funds.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Jia De spent time at a leading international firm and one of Singapore's largest firms. Jia De holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore bar in 2020.
