Joseph is a solicitor specialising in commercial litigation.
Joseph has experience working for clients in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on contract disputes and advice. He has acted in matters in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia, and has appeared in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.

Joseph graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Civil Law. He also holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Western Australia, where he graduated as valedictorian. He has also obtained a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia.
Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Joseph worked at the Supreme Court of Western Australia as the Associate to a general division judge. Joseph has tutored the postgraduate Commercial Remedies, and Equity & Trusts units at the UWA Law School since 2021.
