Joshua has particular experience of Employment Tribunal claims, including complex and high-value "worker status" litigation, and sensitive matters involving discrimination and unfair dismissal. Joshua, working closely with colleagues across the firm, also advises on the employment elements of large and sophisticated M&A transactions.
Joshua also designs training programmes for HR and in-house legal teams on key employment law issues.
