Juliana Penz-Evren
Juliana is a Senior Associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group based in Brussels.
Juliana advises international and national companies on all aspects of European Union and German competition law, and also has experience advising on EU internal market law issues. She has a particular sector focus on energy, digital markets, consumer goods, and automotive.
Juliana advises clients on all aspects of European Union and German competition law, with particular focus on distribution agreements, merger control, unilateral conduct, competition law compliance programmes and internal investigations. She also advises clients on EU internal market law and regulation. Juliana also represents clients before the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Background
Juliana studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and completed a master at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas (Maîtrise 1). She also obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) with special focus on competition law at King's College London.
