Justus is a Senior Associate in our Corporate practice group in Düsseldorf.
Justus advises companies and conglomerates in relation to complex domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures as well as in relation to corporate governance and general corporate law issues.
Justus was listed as "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Germany" for Mergers and Acquisitions by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt in 2024.
Background
Justus graduated from the University of Münster. Since 2019, Justus has been admitted to the German bar. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Justus already worked with other leading international law firms in Germany.
Justus is also a qualified banker (Bankkaufmann).
