Jasper is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team in Perth.
Jasper assists local and international clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and general corporate advisory matters. Jasper has experience working with clients in South East Asia, having spent six months working in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Singapore Corporate M&A team.
Background
Jasper graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction), majoring in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management. He was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia in 2017.
