Karyan Ng

Karyan is a multidisciplinary professional who has worked across human resources, contract management, risk and compliance, legal practice and business transformation. She has over 10 years’ experience in the service delivery industry, having worked at a mental health & wellbeing consultancy before joining the legal industry.

As part of a cross-functional team, Karyan leverages legal technology and generative AI to drive operational efficiencies to transform work processes, and design, develop and implement new digital service delivery lines.

Karyan is a continuous learner, and fosters innovation and digital fluency through collaboration and creative problem-solving, leveraging process design and project management to drive digital change. She is on the firm’s Social Mobility Network Committee, which supports the attraction, development of people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Background

Karyan holds a Juris Doctor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Melbourne. She is admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
