Kate has experience working on complex commercial disputes and contentious regulatory matters. Kate has acted for companies, government and financial institutions across various industries and sectors.

Background

Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of International Security Studies from the Australian National University. She is admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Kate worked in government in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
