Kevin is a junior associate in the litigation and arbitration practice in the Madrid office.
He advises public listed companies and investment funds on civil, insolvency and arbitration procedures within the TMT and real estate sectors. His knowledge of the global jurisdiction is also helpful regarding the advisory of international clients and in transnational disputes.
Background
He has a degree in Law with diplomas in Anglo-American law, International business law and Global law. He also has a dual master's degree for Admission to the Bar and Business law (LLM) by Universidad de Navarra (Spain). He speaks Spanish and English. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the litigation and arbitration practice, he worked in the energy and infrastructure practices, both in the corporate and the regulatory law teams, giving him a direct insight of these sectors. That background experience is now useful when it comes to advising clients regarding disputes within these sectors.
