Kim is a senior associate in our tax advisory practice.
Kim advises on a range of tax issues arising in the context of corporate transactions and trust matters. Kim’s advisory expertise includes tax matters relating to employment, including the taxation of employment termination payments, fringe benefits tax, payroll tax and superannuation guarantee matters.
Kim also has experience advising on tax avoidance matters and resolving complex tax disputes with the Australian Taxation Office.
