Leshandra is a solicitor in our Financial Sponsors Group based in London, specialising in private equity and M&A.
She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in March 2022 and has experience advising private companies and financial sponsors (including private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, pension funds and asset managers) on a broad range of transactions. She advises on acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, reorganisations, co-investments and joint ventures all with cross-border element. Leshandra's experience spans a range of sectors with a focus on energy and infrastructure.
