Lewin Klusmann is an associate in the Disputes practice at our Düsseldorf office.
He advises on disputes in all matters of business and commercial law and represents clients both before German civil courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. Lewin particularly focusses on competition and corporate litigation.
Thanks to his previous work in the field of Corporate/M&A, Lewin has an in-depth understanding of corporate law matters including the economic and legal background to corporate transactions.
Background
Lewin studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he has worked as an associate for a leading global law firm.
He speaks German and English.
