Linda is an associate advising clients on data protection, commercial matters and technology transactions.
Linda has experience advising clients on data protection matters, including supporting the implementation of data protection compliance programs, drafting data protection policies, regulatory engagement, drafting data sharing agreements, data breach response and managing data protection diligence and data separation issues in M&A transactions, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects.
Linda also advises on commercial and transactional matters involving a tech component such as transitional service agreements and software agreements.
Background
Linda holds a JD and a Bachelor of Civil Laws from McGill University and a Master of Laws in Technology, Innovation and the Law with distinction.
