Lloyd is a Manager in the Digital Legal Delivery team.

Lloyd oversees the delivery of transactional support services for large public and private clients in the EMEA region.
 
Lloyd acutely understands how technology can improve the way legal services are provided. He strives to strike a balance between process, legal subtlety, and legal technology in his management and work styles. His strong knowledge of the law and legal technology allows him to offer distinctive insights and to demonstrate contemporary ways of providing legal services to clients.
Lloyd’s range of experience across regions, sectors and at distinct levels in the legal services value chain have enabled Lloyd to develop a powerful sense for providing value-adding client service and improving the manner of delivery of legal services. 

Background

Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (summa cum laude) from UKZN (South Africa) and a post-graduate certificate in Advanced Company Law from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa). Lloyd spent time on secondment at Standard Chartered Bank (at a previous firm) and worked at a leading corporate administration services provider in Luxembourg.

  • The sale of Toucan Energy Holdings 1 Limited's £700m UK solar portfolio to Schroders Greencoat and LGPS, which represented the largest operational solar portfolio transacted in the UK to date.
  • A cross border, payments fintech client in connection the negotiation of fintech agreements and commercial arrangements with suppliers ahead of the UK public launch of its new global consumer finance platform.
