Lucinda King
Lucinda is a Senior Associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ international arbitration team.
Lucinda's practice primarily focuses on construction and infrastructure disputes. She has advised companies involved in complex and high value disputes across a variety of industries and jurisdictions.
In particular, Lucinda has significant experience in disputes in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has acted for clients engaged in disputes relating to defective works, variations, delays to completion, termination and payment issues.
Lucinda has been described as "outstanding" in the Legal 500 and is noted for "showcasing proficiency across diverse issues on construction projects and sectors including infrastructure, energy, water treatment, and major building upgrades".
Background
Lucinda holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts from Durham University. She obtained distinctions in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. She also achieved her Higher Rights of Audience (Civil).
