Lucy advises clients on complex cross-border acquisitions, sell-side processes, investments, joint ventures and capital raisings. Her clients include private capital investors and strategic corporates across a range of sectors, particularly in financial services and real assets.
Background
Lucy graduated with a bachelor's degree in law and French from the University of Sheffield and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. Currently based in Singapore, she began her career in Herbert Smith Freehills' London M&A team.

- the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, APG Asset Management and the Indonesian Investment Authority on all aspects of the establishment of a joint venture investment platform in Indonesia, to target up to US$2.75 billion of investment in the Indonesian toll road sector, as well as the acquisition of the platform's initial seed assets
- the majority seller on the competitive auction sale of Mandala Multifinance, an Indonesian consumer loan provider listed on the IDX, to MUFG for in excess of US$450 million
- a UK-listed financial services group on the disposal of its insurance and broking business in Southeast Asia
- Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an investor in Biocon Biologics, an India-based pharmaceuticals business, in connection with Biocon's acquisition of Viatris
