Lynn Moubarak
Lynn is a member of our International Arbitration team and is based in New York.
Lynn specializes in international arbitration. Her practice focuses on handling both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration. She advises companies, states, and state-owned entities. Her experience includes disputes involving an array of complex procedural, jurisdictional, and substantive issues.
Lynn has experience in arbitrations conducted under the rules of major arbitration centers (ICC, ICSID) as well as ad hoc arbitrations (under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules). She advises clients in English, French, and Arabic.
Lynn is also a member of the Decision Analysis team at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Background
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Laws with High Honors from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Master with High Honors in Private International Law and International Trade Law from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She obtained an LL.M. (Dean’s Graduate Award) in International Business Regulation Litigation and Arbitration from the New York University.
Lynn is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
