Lynn is a member of our International Arbitration team, based in New York.

Lynn’s practice focuses on handling both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration representing companies, states, and state-owned entities.  Her experience includes disputes involving an array of complex procedural, jurisdictional, and substantive issues.

Lynn has experience in arbitrations conducted under various institutional and ad hoc rules (ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL) and has worked on investment treaty dispute settlement under diverse bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.  She has handled disputes in the renewable energies, telecommunications, banking, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Lynn is also a member of the Decision Analysis team at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Background

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Laws (High Honors) from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Master’s degree (High Honors) in Private International Law and International Trade Law from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.  She obtained an LL.M. (Dean’s Graduate Award) in International Business Regulation, Litigation, and Arbitration from New York University.

Lynn is fluent in French and Arabic.
