Since joining Herbert Smith Freehills in September 2021, Lynsey has worked on a high-profile and large-scale remediation scheme for a retail client.

Background

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Lynsey was a commercial litigation Solicitor at a large Belfast firm, with over 7 years of commercial litigation experience, specialising in contentious property disputes, recoveries, insolvency, and professional negligence claims.  Lynsey has worked with market leading lenders, gaining a wealth of experience, and developing close client relationships.
