Maria is a solicitor in our projects, energy & infrastructure team based in Melbourne.
Maria works across a range of clients, and has advised sponsors, borrowers, lenders and other stakeholders on diverse project finance transactions, with a focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. She also has experience negotiating offtake arrangements, acting for both sponsors and offtakers.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) from Monash University.
She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
